For Gourmands Both Epicurean and Impecunious

Restaurant Week Offers Discounts at Four Score and Five Lower Manhattan Eateries

The year’s summer offerings from Restaurant Week set two records—one local and one temporal. The number of Lower Manhattan boîtes dangling discounts (45) is an all-time peak. And the event itself, which long ago outgrew its “week” branding has now stretched to 49 days, continuing through September 6.

Below, a list of all local eateries where two-course lunches and three-course dinners are offered for $30, $45, and $60. In many of these locations, the everyday prices are significantly higher than Restaurant Week offerings, which makes this value proposition a compelling opportunity to try places that might ordinarily be outside your budget. Because seats go fast (and because not every restaurant is participating for all seven weeks), please call ahead to confirm availability and make a reservation.
