Each to Their Own Taste

Posted on October 16, 2018October 16, 2018
On Saturday, October 20, the ninth annual Taste of the Seaport food festival will offer fare from dozens of Lower Manhattan’s best restaurants and purveyors, among them Eataly, Wolfgang Puck’s Cut, Insomnia Cookies, Lobster GoGo, Mad Dog & Beans, Barbalu, SUteiShi, and Toro Loco.

Complimentary family-friendly activities will feature creative cardboard ship-building, children’s tennis drills and fantasy face painting, presented by New York-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital.

Tickets are priced at $35 for five “tastes.” All proceeds from the event, which is sponsored by the Howard Hughes Corporation, go to support enrichment programs at two local public schools: Spruce Street and Peck Slip.

Taste of the Seaport will be held on Piers 16 and 17  from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm, and will also feature live music throughout the day. For more information, please browse: www.tasteoftheseaport.org.
